This is some old text from the Meetings page. I saved it here rather than just deleting it, because it may prove to be useful documentation later. The entire meeting concerned the System Design document, and it lasted approximately 1 hour.

 

During the meeting, we discussed and debated the system modules. The potential modules discussed were GUI, Main, Motion Plan (editor/control/monitor), Save/Load (storage), and Communication. It was discussed that the Main module and the Motion Plan module would correspond to actual GUI "pages."

How about a "high-pressure" meeting 12 to 1? We could at least aim for an agreement on the high-level view of our modules, that is, which modules to define (referring to System Design). ~DS

I am free between 12 and 1 and then from 2 onward. I write two midterms before noon so I won't be able to meet in the morning, but if a morning meeting works best for the rest of the group feel free to meet without me. My current thoughts on the document have been posted on the wiki and if meeting minutes were posted I could catch up. ~Brett Peake

I'm free anytime Monday before 11AM or after 2PM. I am briefly available between 12 and 1, but that's probably not enough time to have a decent meeting. So, when should we meet? After 2PM? Before 11AM? ~David Sharpe

 It is rather unfortunate that I have four classes on monday from 1-5pm, and after that, I go to work. My shift is from 5pm to 11 pm. I am pretty busy on Monday after 1pm. If we can meet before 1pm on Monday, it will do for me. ~Kwabena
